Our meal plans, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy.

Body Back Schedule is as follows:
  • Spear Training Center (Vernon Hills) - Evening and Weekend Option - Wednesday night at 7:00pm and Saturday morning at 8:00am.
  • Drucker Center (Lincoln Park) Daytime Option - Wednesday and Friday at 9am (Limited Childcare Available)
  • Windy City Fieldhouse (Lincoln Park) Evening and Weekend Option- Wednesday night at 6:45 pm, Saturday morning at 7:45 am
  • Windy City Fieldhouse (Lincoln Park) Evening and Weekend Option - Wednesday night at 7:45pm Saturday morning at 8:45 am
  • Evolution Fitness (Sauganash) Evening and Weekend Option- Wednesday night at 7:30 pm and Saturday morning at 7:00 am
  • Evolution Fitness (Sauganash) Evening and Weekend Option - Tuesday night at 7:30pm and Saturday morning at 8:00am
  • Park Center (Glenview) Evening and Weekend Option- Wednesday night at 7:30 pm and Saturday morning at 7:30 am
  • Park Center (Glenview) Daytime Session - Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am (childcare available)
  • Little Beans (Evanston) Evening and Weekend Option- Wednesday night at 7:00 pm and Saturday morning at 7:30 am
  • Pulse Boxing (Highland Park) - Wednesday night at 7:00pm and Saturday morning at 7:30am
  • Camelot Park (Arlington Heights) Evening and Weekend Option - Wednesday night at 7:30am and Saturday morning at 7:30am
  • Camelot Park (Arlington Heights) Early Morning Option - Wednesday and Friday at 6am
New clients price is $399, current Fit4Mom/Stroller Strides monthly members $379 returning Body Back clients $319 (members and returning clients please email us to receive your special pricing). To register, change the calendar below to April and select the session that you would like.

*Body Back is not appropriate for expectant moms- please check out our prenatal program Fit4Baby or Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre! It is also recommended that you be at least 3 months post-partum before beginning this program.
Cancellation policy There are no refunds, credits or transfer for the Body Back program. If you should become pregnant during the session, please alert your instructor and we will discuss your options with you.
