Terms and conditions for FIT4MOM Chicago 10 Class Pass

There are no extensions, credits, or refunds. Passes expire after 5 months and are non-transferable. Please register if you plan to attend class and cancel your registration up to 1 hour before class. Cancellations less than 1 hour before class and no shows will be charged a late cancel fee of up to $10. Questions email chicago@fit4mom.com.
