Terms and conditions for 6 Week Maternity Leave Pass

There are no cancellations, refunds or credits. This pass is valid for 6 weeks only and only for maternity leaves. If the intention is to continue on with classes after 6 weeks, another plan should be purchased. Please register for the classes you plan to attend and cancel your registration up to 1 hour before class. Cancellations less than 1 hour before class and no shows will be charged a late cancel fee of up to $10. A $25 enrollment fee may be added on to any immediate purchases after the maternity package.
